Potential Savings and overhead reduction
I know that many SME business do not have the time or staff resources review overhead costs, many also see this as 'hassle' that they do not need. However, larger business have staff or external advisors that do this annually to ensure they are not paying too much.
Therefore, similar to what I provided for my fee-paying clients, I will identify potential options for reducing costs or overheads. Any options that I believe should be considered will be listed here.
