After many years as a global Management Consultant, I retired

I was a Management consultant for over 30 years, and although I retired to the Essex coast, I remained committed to assisting SME business owners and managers who often lack the time or staff to independently seek solutions, and the funds to use consultants. This led to the creation of WOSO-SME, to provide free guidance utilising my experience and business contacts.

Many SME businesses do not have the time or staff resources to source potential options and evaluate suppliers or quotes when fulfilling a business need. Consequently, they often rely on salespersons to provide a solution.

I have witnessed first-hand the wasted time and money that companies can incur during the sourcing and evaluation of suppliers and products, and the additional costs that arise over time when decisions are not ideal and the aftercare is non existent once the purchase has been made.

If I can offer guidance or just recommend the right product or supplier to ensure that SME's avoid aftercare problems. That is why I founded WOSO-SME
